People in Somalia Die of Hunger

Over one hundred people died in Somalia within 48 hours because of a big drought. The government called the situation a national disaster.

The United Nations estimates that 5 million people need help and it warns of famine.

Thousands of people arrived in Somalia’s capital. There were too many. The prime minister of Somalia said that the big drought is now in many areas of the country.

The drought affects half of the population. The previous droughts and a decade of conflict have left the country fragile.

The news explain that In Somalia, people die because of a a very dry period of time, and that is same  a national disaster. People in that country is dying for hungry too,  the United Estates calculate than 5 milion people need help of us, because their condition it's very poor.
The shortage it's due to the people that arrived in Somalia, because they were too many.
The  drought affects half of population, and it's leaving without supply, and it left the cuntry fragile.

I think that we have to help this people,because the need our help andif we don't help them they will die, because they don't have means for survive. Only donating food, or some money that we don't need we can save a lot of lifes. But I think that in realty people that has to do something for these poor people,are the goverments.

volleyball

Hi !I'm Tania, a volleyball player and I'm going to explain you my career path in volleyball.

I started to play volleyball when I had eleven years old. First I started to play volleyball in Castelló D'empuries but only I train, and it was boring. My cousin talked to me about a club on Sant Pere Pescador and I decided to sign up there, and nowadays I've to say that it was the best decition that I could have had. I signed up with a few friends, and I met people.
On Castelló d'Empuries there was a team, that I don't know why but with Sant Pere Pescador always a lot of rivalry. One day the girls who were part of the team on Castelló decided to sign up in Sant Pere Pescador, and the girls of my team decided to disengage, and they let me alone.
In the beginning I was very awkward because I never have spoke with they, and they were all friends except me.
After a while, we were taking confidence until to form the family that we're . Nowadays, they are my girls, I feel that with they I can be myself, and I love them a lot, they are like my second family.
Volelleyball helps me a lot, because when I go to train my mind desconect about all, It's my moment of peace, relax. If i didn't play Volleyball I think that this year it would be very chaotic ( because the studies).
I train Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Saturday we do a Volleyball game.  Normally I went at all the trainings even if I have an exam, because exams can take away my free time for do another things, but volleyball it's very important for me and I don't care if I've an exam or not.
The year that I ejoying more is this, because this year a male team was created, and with the guys we're very connected. Fridays when we finished to training we go to dinner on a restaurant on Sant Pere Pescador called " Ruki", and how  the guys train after us, when they finish they come to dinner with us. And I enjoy a lot these dinners because we laught a lot.
I was enjured,  and I wasn't trained for 3 weeks, and these weeks were very long for me, I've an injury on my back.
In the rating now we're fifths, but we're fatting to ascend, it's difficult but we can.
In conclusion I love my team very much, and thanks to them I can be the person who I'm now, because maybe they don't know but thanks to them I can disconnect of my problems, and make my life more easier.

Talking you about my studies

Hello! I'm Tania and on this post I'm going to talk about how it's affecting the studies in my life.

Now I'm doing the second course of baccaulaureate, the last year until  go to an University  and do a degree. 

In the first term,  students of Catalonia we have to do a research work (only the students of Catalonia, in the others autonomous communities the students don't do that research work). 

So we have to add to  the difficulty of this year, another trouble more, that it's this project. On Castelló d'Empúries we have to present it ,the 18th of December, and let me tell you that it isn't an easy work, we have to dedicate hours of our free time for do it, because it's like a subject more, but we didn't do it on the classrom as we do the other subjects, no, we have to do in our home. The logic of that? I don't know it.

Well, maybe you can think that I'm obfuscated, and it's true. I don't have free time for me, I'm not sleeping, I've always  the homeworks, the exams or the project in mind. The only I want in this moment is finish this horrible year.

Now I'm cast down because for the long weekend, my family  has gone to the Basque Country, and I've stayed in my home alone. I'm very bored, and I would like to be with my family, but I can't because I've much homeworks to do.

So when I talk of that horrible year, it's true, because it's like a nightmare.

Teachers don't help much, because they think that the only that you've to do is study, and study, but I tell them that I'm a person like them, and I've personals problems too, but they don't realize about that.

I want to be teacher, but I realize that teacher of the institute they don't enjoy of his work, and for that I will teach on a schoolhouse, because I renember my teachers of the schoolhouse and I renember they as people who take care about you, and always were smilling. Nowadays I still talk with one teacher that was my tutor when I had 10 years old. 
In conclusion this year is being very long for me, and very difficult,is affecting my health, both emotionally and phisically, I'm not sleeping well, and I'm very exhausted all the day. For the day it's like I was a zombie, and for me that isn't funny. I don't know if I will overcome that year.

My holidays in Menorca

 Hello,I'm Tania and I'm going to explain you my holidays in Menorca!!!

The 10th of September  at 6 o'clock we toke a flight to go to Menorca . We went my mother, my sister, my stepbrother and my stepfather. The first day that we arrive, we was very exhausted so we rested in the apartment ( by the way it was very beautiful, it had a pool, and the neighbours they was very likeables). At night we went to dinner in Ciutadella a town that it's very similar to Santa Margarita (Roses). It was very beautifull, it has a port, and it was very little. This day was very funny, because when we finsished to dinner we went for a walk and by pure coincidence we come across with the cousins of my stepbrother and the parents. We didn't knew that they were there. They live in Roses, and apparently they went to Menorca on vacation too. It was amazing, when we saw them, we can't believe it, they can't believe it too!!! So for the next days we visited Menorca together, and we have fun, because the cousins of my step brother they're great fun.

The places of Menorca that I liked more were the beach "Cavalleria", "Son Saura" and "El Far de Favartitx".  On the beach "Cavalleria", we were very impresive because the peculiarity of that beach is that it have clay, and with my step brother and my sister we anoint ourselves with that. It was funny but I don't liked because the clay smelled bad like shit ( I apologize because the word but it was real, the smell was awful).

Well, we pass a week there, and I have to say that Menorca was amazing, and I enjoy the travel with my family. We laught a lot.  Normally in summer we go to Granada because I have family there, but this year we decided to go in another place, and we enjoy a lot.

My name is Tania. I’m 16. I was born in Figueres the 13th of October.

Now I’m studding in the high school of Castello d’Empuries. I’m doing second of baccalaureate.

Well I’m going to explain you first what my short-term goals are:

The first thing that I would like end in my live is to pass the baccalaureate because I want to do a degree. The degree I want to do is teaching profession.Since I was little I have always dreamed of being it.

One of my long-term goal is learn to speak English, because it’s  one of the most important language in the world. a lot of people know this language, and I think that I would have in the face of job opportunities. I would like to talk and write very well. I think that I can do it, in fact  I will achieve it.

The other long-term goal that I would like to do, is travel.  In fact there was a time that I wanted do a travel after I finished the bacaulareate, but after I was thinking it and I came to the conclusion that if I would do it after I won't start my degree because... I know it, because I know people who have passed. And for that reaseon I will travell when I done my degree. And one of the places where I would like go is Thailand, to discover another culture.

My dog

When I turned six my dad gave me a dog for my birthday. He puts the dog inside a box, and when I oppened the box and I saw the dog, I renember  I cried for the emotion. It was a dog very small and beautifull. I called she Miley. Well, I was little and on those moments the fashionable artist was "Hannah Montana"  that is to say "Miley Cyrus" and for this reason and called my dog Miley, although Miley is a nice name.
My dog is a very important peace in my life, really it's very important,.tPeople see the dogs just like animals,but my dog isn't only an animal, for me is more than an animal, I don't know how describe these felling, with these I want to say that my dog is very important for me, it could be said that she's as one  more of my family. Yes, it's like that. I look after she,since she was a little dog with only two months and now she has eleven years old, that in the years of the dogs are  seventy-seven years old. I have fear of lost her, I know that is the end of everybody and anybody can save of these destination,but I have lost much and I know the feeling of lost and it's very sad. I don't want to know a world without my dog, I'm accustomed to do much things with her, for example  I can sleep without her. Yes, I can't, the only moment that I sleep without her is when I dont sleep in my house, but if I'm in my house I  go up her into the bed, always. I'm in love of my dog. Maybe because when I arrive of the school, the only that receive my at home is she, and always when I open the door she's in front  the door waiting for me, and she sucks me, and she turns very happy.
For me this dog is amazing, she's very smart, When the christmas arrive I buy presents for my family,but I buy presents formy dog too,because she's so smart and when I tell her that the gift is for her, she understands it, and she turns crazy.

Scientists find that smoking harms livers of unborn babies

SUMMARY

The impact of cigarette damage to unborn babies has been revealed in thousand of studies and I think right now is one of the greatest dangers first of all for the future of  the baby.  Are so many studies about this theme and I think what the problem is not just scientific, I think is more the problem of this moderns times of today. Smoking cigarettes, which contain around 7,000 chemicals, can damage foetal organs and can do real damage to the kid in the future and knowing all of this we continiue smoking every time more and more and the other problem I think is more important is what we are passive smokers all the time and every where. In this study the talk about the chemical responsabe of all the problem for the unborn baby, they say iver cells were exposed to the harmful chemicals found in cigarettes, including specific substances known to circulate in foetuses when mothers smoke. In my opinion it is a very important study and I think we have to read and take serious for the next generation.
